Training data
Mayday Mind stores account information, training responses, scores, timing data and learning metrics needed to provide adaptive training.
Voice recordings
When you explicitly use shadowing recording, the application can store the audio on the Mayday Mind server. These recordings are intended only for training/evaluation. You can delete stored voice files from Profile; metrics/transcriptions may remain unless the service's final retention policy states otherwise.
Offline data
Downloaded capsules and unsynchronized sessions can be stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB and Cache Storage.
Notifications
If enabled, the browser creates a Web Push subscription containing an endpoint and cryptographic subscription keys. These are used solely to deliver Mayday Mind notifications.
AI providers
Generative AI is optional and disabled by default. Administrators should review the privacy terms of any provider before enabling it.
